REFUND POLICY

Within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly exchange/refund any product for you as long as it is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. 

HOW REFUNDS WORK

All refunds are loaded for payment only once the item has been returned and inspected for use. Refunds are processed on a weekly basis, on a Friday, and once the refund has been processed you will receive an email confirmation of the payment. It may take 7 to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account/reflect in your account.

Please note that all courier fees will be for your (the customers) account. 

HOW EXCHANGES WORK 

For items purchased online.  You are welcome to exchange your item bought, exchange/refund any product for you as long as it is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. 

Be aware that if you exchange for a more expensive product, you will be billed for the difference in price.  Any exchanges will also involve a courier fee.

What we will need from you:

  1. Your order number (#00000) and email address to confirm your order. 
  2. Your address. 
  3. Your contact details.
  4. The correct size/item/model that you require.

We will collect the product you wish to exchange once the item has been returned and inspected for use / damage. The request will be processed, the exchange will take place within 5-7 working days of receiving the item back. Our Customer Service team will be in touch to arrange it with you. 

BLACK FRIDAY EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We allow exchanges but no returns on any Black Friday Deals.
